Revenue Assurance Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned).

Perform corrective action as required by discoveries made in relation to analysis of vendor charges.
Conduct Vendor Bill Audit to determine correct billing in accordance with Vendor Contract.
File, Manage and Coordinate bill disputes in accordance to Company established process and procedures and in accordance with Vendor Contract provisions.
Manage and Coordinate Dispute Projects using traditional project management methods.
Manage and Coordinate the development and distribution of the communication related to bill audit findings and dispute tracking for use by Birch Communications Corporate Management.
Develop and Distribute service purchasing guidelines to ensure that Birch Communications services are purchased correctly and in accordance with Vendor Contracts and Birch Communications processes and procedures.
Provide above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering preferred.
1-2 years experience in general telecommunications with special emphasis related to analysis of vendor and/or end user rates and charges and general familiarity with telecommunications services and products is preferred.
Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills.
Excellent Time management skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.
Highly proficient using Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
