Job Description:
We are seeking an Audit Senior Associate - Data Analysis

Incumbent will provide data analysis to support audit projects and continuous monitoring of projects. Duties will include data conversion from multiple systems into analytical software such as ACL, using data analytical techniques to validate the integrity of data, and using statistical modeling to identify errors and anomalies within the data. Candidates should have the ability to work independantly as well as in a team environment, have familiarity with ACL, SAS, SPSS or other analysis/programming languages, display the analytical ability to delve into details with a broad business perspective using data analysis techniques, and have a working knowledge of predictive modeling, relational databases, and computational data analysis.

Provide leadership to team as well as timely and meaningful feedback during and after completion of audit assignment. Effectively analyze & understand the relationship between operational and technical application controls and the resulting impact to business processes. Set a positive attitude example through strong work ethic, teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Take the lead in proactively providing service to audit clients and in recognizing & addressing challenges faced during audit projects. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements include Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum professional experience and CPA and/or other certification preferred. Relevent work experience includes: SAS 99 (fraud analysis), Accounting Receivable and Accounts Payable Analysis, Fixed Assets Analysis, Inventory Analysis, Validating data formats.

Preferred Technical skills include a combination of the following: Database (MS Access, SQL Server, DB2, Oracle), Data Collection (easy Trieve, X/TND), programming (VB, VB Script, C++).
