Senior Auditor (Banking) - Compliance 60K-75K

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit Associate - Compliance. Position is located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Incumbent will initiate and develop positive working relationships with clients by listening and quickly responding to special issues/service requests. Determine client expectations, create efficient and realistic work plans, plan & conduct project activities and monitor progress & outcomes to meet the objectives of the assigned work. Elicit feedback from staff, management and clients on personal and team performance and take action to incorporate comments. Demonstrate ability to use standard Banking Internal Audit techniques/principles in gathering information, conducting fieldwork and reporting issues. Provide leadership to team as well as timely and meaningful feedback during and after completion of audit assignment. Effectively analyze & understand the relationship between operational and technical application controls and the resulting impact to business processes. Set a positive attitude example through strong work ethic, teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Take the lead in proactively providing service to audit clients and in recognizing & addressing challenges faced during audit projects. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements include Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum professional experience and CPA and/or other certification preferred. Expereince with compliance issues (BSA and secrecy act and AML anti-money laundering). Ability to travel.
