Job Description
The Hubert Department of Global Health of the Rollins School of Public Health is seeking a qualified professional for a non-tenure track position. The incumbent will work with Keith Klugman, Professory of Global Health, to develop a molecular biology research laboratory focused on the molecular basis of antimicrobial resistance in bacterial pathogens. Experience in bacterial genetics and a proven record of innovative research in the field of antimicrobial resistance is essential.

The Hubert Department of Global Health has a vibrant, friendly and productive faculty and staff; excellent collaborative relationships exist with researchers at the Division of Infectious Diseases of the Departmnet of Medicine of Emory University and at other units of the University and the CDC.



This position involves:
Involve working with human blood, body fluids, tissues, or other potentially infectious materials.
Involve potential exposure to hazardous chemicals.
