We currently have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives looking to be in a growing, energetic environment! The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, and dedication to providing exceptional service to our customers. Ideal candidates need to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where teamwork and commitment are what make things happen. Applicant must have a solid customer service background, good computer skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be able to work either 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 11:00AM - 8:00PM or 1:00PM - 10:00PM shifts. Automobile insurance experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish/English is a requirement.
REQUIREMENTS
In this role you will process customer service inquiries regarding new and existing auto insurance policies and analyze and communicate general business information to our customers while resolving service issues.
