Job Description:
Call Center Team Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Team Manager to coach and develop representatives and maintain optimal customer service to Birch customers. If you are looking to join a great company and you have atleast 5+ years of call center management experience in a telecommunications services provider, submit your resume as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Manages daily performance to ensure all Call Center Representatives and Team Leads are providing above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external) in an inbound call center
Develops performance objectives that include both professional and personal goals for the Reps
Manages day-to-day operations of the team including attendance, attrition and outages to minimize customer impact
Meets and exceeds service and quality levels as assisgned by management
Coaches and mentors Call Representatives and Team Leads to include communicating performance evaluations on a monthly basis
Supervises 8-10 Reps and 1 Team Lead
Qualifications
5+ years Call Center Management experience with emphasis on developing an organization while meeting business objectives
Strong leadership and management development skills
Self-driven with a take charge attitude while exercising good judgment in a rapid paced environment
Excellent time management and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Telecom experience preferred**
