Position Description
Manhattan Associates is seeking a Principal Support Consultant to join our Customer Service Organization. The Principal Support Consultant will work directly with the customer, answering complex questions on functional and technical usage of product post implementation primarily via phone and internet. They may occasionally be required to travel to customer sites. They developed expertise and excellent troubleshooting skills for one or more MA products
Position Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics or related degree. • 4-7 years consulting experience with packaged software implementations, including a minimum of 2 years experience implementing supply chain management software • Experience with Transportation Management Applications is highly desirable. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people and manage customer expectations. • Strong software trouble-shooting skills, including use of SQL; UNIX skills are also highly desired • Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Ability to learn new technologies.
