Job Description:


Professional Services team member, whose responsibility it is to ensure smooth operations for our software users by completely supporting clients with their questions and problems. Troubleshooting and problem solving are an integral part of this position. This position requires providing advanced technical support to a global client base; performing problem verification by isolating and identifying steps to reproduce customer's issues; conducting problem determination by analyzing customer data to determine problem source; testing fixes and provide resolution for customer's based upon analysis; and documenting and implementing highly effective software solutions to ensure information is utilized efficiently. This individual must maintain an in-depth working knowledge of all assigned software and meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing superior customer support. We expect this candidate to be able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.


Requirements



  • 4 year degree

  • At least 3 years' experience supporting a large and complex application in a Windows environment

  • Experience with software utilized by the call center or financial industries preferred

  • Strong verbal and written skills, with good interpersonal and team skills are also very important

  • Outgoing, good at multi-tasking, and technically savvy
