Job Description: 1. Analyze business systems needs working with various levels of end-users to create the logical specifications for software systems. 2. Develop detailed functional system and program specifications using structured design methodologies. 3. Provides user-oriented, subject matter expertise input to the definition of requirements, design and development of FSA products. 4. Serve as a functional subject matter expert within the departments. 5. Provide business applications support to the FSA organization for the resolution of client issues by performing analysis to determine the business validity and priority of customer problems. When necessary, work directly with clients to resolve problems. 6. Provide support to developers, QA, and analysts as needed. Augment the business knowledge of other members of the development organization to allow them to increase their knowledge of the FSA industry, ADP applications, and general ADP product marketplace. 7. Perform other related duties, as assigned. This includes tasks such as research, documentation, testing and training. |
QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): |
Education: - Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience. Skills and Experience: - Two to Five years experience as a business analyst and/or direct involvement as an FSA subject matter expert -- with active participation in product definition and/or system requirements definition. - In-depth working knowledge in one of the following areas and general knowledge in the other areas: FSA, Benefits Administration, Payroll or COBRA.
