RESPONSIBLE FOR: Managing the daily operations of the staff involved in providing functional and available applications covering patient care, business support, web, interfacing and/or reporting functions, including patient care, registration, scheduling, supply chain, human resources, payroll, finance, etc. Manages contracts with vendors, life cycle of applications, requests for proposals, performance and quality.
Responsible for the integration team, the web team, and the SQL team that will manage reporting, SQL development, and business intelligence applications.
QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in business administration, computer technology or science, or a closely related field is required. Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional work experience providing applications and computer based support in the areas of patient care, business support, web-based applications, interfacing and reporting or a closely related field is required, three (3) years of management or supervisory work experience is preferred. A working knowledge and subject matter expertise in the areas of applications that must be supported is required.
