Experienced analyst needed to develop, enhance, and maintain existing MS Access database applications and to provide end user reporting from data collected. This position will require working with subject matter experts and end-users to develop optimal solutions to increase operational efficiencies and reach targeted departmental goals

Must have 3 years experience with developing Microsoft Access Applications
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Access, VBA, and SQL
Provide technical support for end users and minimize application downtime
Provide regularly scheduled reporting to management
Provide ad-hoc reporting and data mining as needed
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Strong analytical ability and logical thinking, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
