Infrastructure Operations: Our Infrastructure Operations service line enhances the success of outsourcing and off shoring initiatives through managing service provides from selection through to implementation and monitoring. In addition, our team assists clients develop a Shared Services organization and improves back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes. We also maximize the value of our clients' real estate portfolios and improve the performance of clients' real estate operations.
Shared Services
Our Shared Services practice helps our clients to significantly improve the cost and service level of internal business services through physical consolidation, reorganization, and process and systems redesign and standardization . Our clients often seek to reduce administrative costs and need their back office functions to add greater value in their support of core operations (moving from low value transaction processing to analytical business support).
Necessary Skills
Staff that can support a shared services project should:
o Have excel financial modeling skills: enterprise cost reduction
o Know the details of at least one back office function (e.g., Finance, HR)
o Be able to "reengineer" processes: cost reduction, process redesign
o Know the science and "art" of benchmarking
o Be adept at managing stakeholders that resist the loss of local control
o Be able to manage confidentiality, given the sensitive nature of the work
o Be familiar with reporting processes, business process consolidation, benchmarking analysis, business case analysis
o Have knowledge in future state strategy and implementation roadmap, IT chargeback strategy and outsourcing
o Be skilled in cost reduction and ERP
In addition to this we have a need for people with Contact Center experience. We help clients build and operate Contact Centers (call centers, help desks, shared services) utilizing the best practices in people, process, and technology. We are most frequently helping clients with operational efficiency (cost reduction). We also help with customer experience, revenue generation, outsourcer optimization, and process reengineering.
