Capgemini East Business Unit (SAP) is hiring full-time in the functional areas of SAP  SCM with a minimum of seven years hands-on experience and two Full Cycle implementations.  The primary role of an SAP Consultant is to support medium to large engagement teams by providing hands-on technical expertise in the development and configuration of SAP module solutions. While often technical in scope, consultants also work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual technical and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. Also identifies, develops, and implements techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients. Candidates will be immediately deployed on a challenging client engagement and will have growth opportunities in multiple SAP solutions.

FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE: SAP MM PTP with MUST have Railcar management experience.
* At least seven years of combined SAP or consulting IT experience
* Team lead for at least ONE full life cycle MM  SAP R/3 Implementation
*At least ONE full life cycle SAP R/3 projects as SCM team member or lead or project manager
MUST HAVE SKILLS
SAP implementation experience or in-house IT (SAP) experience in procurement or materials management areas at a railroad, preferably Tier 1 railroad
* SAP R/3 experience of ECC
* Experienced using ASAP methodology and/or SOLMAN
* Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)
*Ability to work independently, manage client relations, understand business processes and work cohesively within project teams.
*100% commitment on hands-on configuration if needed
*100% commitment for travel (EAST USA)
* Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
* College degree with an advanced degree strongly preferred.
