Deloitte Services LP is searching for a senior team leader responsible for all Field Operations activities across the Atlanta/Birmingham area; responsible for developing and maintaining all area client relationships focused on the Atlanta/Birmingham geography and local marketplace leaders; acts as a member of the area leadership team and Field Operations regional management team; Owns the performance against goals for all Field Operations vision, strategies and standards; Reports to the Regional Operations Leader.
Key Relationships: regional operations leader, Atlanta/Birmingham area managing partner, area functional leaders, area office supervisors & teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in development of Area and Regional vision, strategies and standards and owns the delivery of goals set around these strategies.
- Manages relationships, client satisfaction and act as a trusted business advisor across the Area, emphasizing a spirit of cooperation and collaboration.
- Responsible for all Office Operations including Administrative Assistants, Facilities, Office Services and other related activities conducted at the Area/Office level.
- Acts as a local point of contact for issue resolution through effective use of managed personnel and collaboration with other Area, Regional and National management.
- Support, coordinate and implement projects and initiatives that are commissioned at the Local, Regional and National level in coordination with Area leadership.
- Provides leadership, coaching and supervision of Field Operations professionals within the Area.
- Manages effective resource allocation across the Area.
- Reviews and approves goals, appraises performance and recommends compensation for direct reports while guiding the same for all team members in the area.
- Recruits talented people for the Area.
- Coordinates Area-wide communications.
- Develops Area plans and budgets in consultation with the ROL and finance that addresses the needs of the area within the metrics established by our channel .
- Assures that Field Operations services/activities/processes meet local user needs while complying with firm standards, policies and practices.
- Provides counsel and advice to Area leaders on Field Operations related matters.
