Job Description:
The Program Manager I will be responsible for supporting the Program Management Group; managing, directing, and coordinating the activities of scheduled promotions, which entails processing orders, verifying inventory, troubleshooting and rectifying issues affecting on-time delivery; working with clients and monitoring service levels; assisting in resolution of customer and internal issues; assisting with defining and implementing procedures for process improvement and manage support staff, if applicable. Additional duties for this position include: editing proofs, product setup, order processing, updating logs, billing support, invoicing/posting, data entry, filing, and inventory maintenance; providing input on new procedures and working closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments; routine customer contact and extensive communication with internal departments; and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and work experience is required. Ideal candidate will possess fulfillment and print on demand experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; outstanding customer service skills; excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Excel and Access); and will possess excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment. Attention to detail and analytical problem solving skills are essential.
