Project Manager

Position Objectives:
Triple-I’s Project Managers are responsible for all functional elements associated with project management. PMs deliver projects that exceed client expectations. They effectively manage schedules, budgets, risks, resources, meetings and status reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager position are:
* Manage overall project lifecycle
* Develop and drive the project work plan, supervise project team members and ensure adherence to time, budget, key deliverables and project milestones
* Participate in the proposal development process by providing expertise in project approach, risk management, cost estimation, scope definition and staffing requirements
* Maintain project management standards and ensures team adherence to the project management methodology.
* Train and mentor the project team members to improve skills and performance
* Provide technical assistance (if necessary) and leadership during the project lifecycle
* Monitor and control the progress of the project at an operational level
* Define project schedules, deliverables, tasks and milestones
* Conduct regular internal (team) and external (client) status meetings to keep project stakeholders informed
* Manages project risks and issues
* Manages change control process
* Verifies completion of deliverables and obtains client sign-off
Requirements:
The required experience, knowledge, skill and ability of a Project Manager position include:
* Undergraduate Bachelors (Business or Information Technology)
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years project management experience, including both infrastructure and development projects, project methodologies, full project lifecycle (planning through implementation), and project management principles
* Advanced knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, Daptiv, Clarity etc)
* Strong functional expertise in Project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, managing issues, resource allocation, schedules, determining requirements, developing deliverables and ensuring quality of deliverables
* Ability to manage complex projects
* Excellent communication, organizational, scope management, issue management, risk management and resource management skills
* Master’s Degree (desired)
* CMMI certification process experience (desired)
* Certifications in one or more of the following (desired):
o PMI
o Six Sigma
o ITIL
