As a Sous Chef with Maggiano’s you’ll be expected to:
* Open or Close the kitchen
* Effectively communicate and connect with staff and guests alike
* Maintain food quality standards – including consistency and presentation
* Interview, Train and Develop BOH staff
* Lead with Passion and by Example
* Manage production in main/banquet kitchens
* Maintain all menus and recipes used in the restaurant
