Our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA is currently seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join our physician sales/recruiting team and become a part of our success story!

The Recruiter/Sales Consultant is responsible for all facets of this multi-tasked recruiting role.

Recruitment - sourcing and staffing qualified medical personnel
Sales - marketing and procurement of a strong client base
Account management - developing, maintaining and deepening client relationships


And of course, the ability to put all of these facets together!

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, independent, team player with exceptional collaboration, communication and phone skills. We ask that you bring a minimum of 3-year's sales/recruiting experience, a solid knowledge of MS Word & Excel and a strong goal oriented drive and desire. Some college is preferred. ·         LT APP (proprietary software program)


·         Proficiency with Internet usage


·         Ability to learn the skills and terminology of the particular specialty and apply this knowledge when communicating with clients and providers     


 


      Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Attention to Detail:


·         Possesses attention to detail regarding credentialing process, agreement and assignment creation, travel arrangements, calendar processing,  scheduling process


·         Responds to provider and client needs (internal and external)with urgency


·         Doing it right the first time eliminates extra time spent by travel/housing and accounting to correct errors.  Also presents a professional, competent image to clients and providers


·         Resourceful


·         When you hear something you can relate it to other things on your desk. Don’t be myopic and only look at one assignment one doctor. Logic


·         Good memory

·         The ability and desire to place equal importance to the goals of the team/company and one’s personal goals. To possesses and utilize team work skills to maximize the team’s productivity and efficiency.
