The Recruiter/Sales Consultant is responsible for all facets of this multi-tasked recruiting role.
Recruitment - sourcing and staffing qualified medical personnel
Sales - marketing and procurement of a strong client base
Account management - developing, maintaining and deepening client relationships
And of course, the ability to put all of these facets together!
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, independent, team player with exceptional collaboration, communication and phone skills. We ask that you bring a minimum of 3-year's sales/recruiting experience, a solid knowledge of MS Word & Excel and a strong goal oriented drive and desire. Some college is preferred.
