Specific responsibilities include strategy development, staff management and development, managing the activities of sourcing, forecasting, negotiation, and contracting, supplier relationship management, and leadership of cross functional teams and/or global sourcing projects. This position is responsible for global raw material sourcing strategies for existing products across the Cleaning and Specialty divisions as well as support of new product initiatives and launches. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required 12 years of sourcing and/or supply chain management work experience, at least At least 5 years of people management experience Desired Qualifications: Graduate degree desirable Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry preferred but not required Ability to drive performance improvement across a team; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Strong Coaching skills Strong Negotiation skills Excellent Analytical skills Excellent Influencing skills Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at one time Strong communication skills with internal clients, external partners, and team members
