The primary responsibility is to define and lead execution of the strategic direction for the Major Accounts HR/Benefits solution. Collaborate with clients, prospects and internal cross functional teams to understand market requirements in order to deliver a comprehensive solution set that will delight the end user. Responsible for driving the product requirements and alignment of products across Major Accounts and ES and achieving on-time, on-budget releases. In addition, the Vice President Product Management is responsible for the product P&L ensuring product(s) achieves margin/profit objectives. Work closely with field organization to ensure the product(s) can be “mass installed” and “mass serviced,” while achieving our service quality and implementation quality targets.
Provide leadership and direction to a team of technically diverse product managers ensuring attainment of team and individual goals.
QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic): BA or BS in Marketing or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 10 years project management experience. Knowledge of Human Resources and Benefits and benefits software industry. Minimum 5 years of matrix management experience.
