Salary Details: $17/hr, maximum 25 hrs/wk.. $20 for full lic. No benefits


 


Duties & Responsibilities: 


 


The Mental Health Therapist (Professional Social Services Worker) conducts face to face behavioral health assessments and develops individualized treatment plans and service referrals. Obtains service authorization or reauthorizations.


 


 Provides individual, group, and family therapy for persons with mental health and/or addictive disorders. 


 


This is a temporary, part-time position which will last approximately 6 weeks at 25 hours per week. The work schedule is as follows: 


 


Monday 12pm-8pm 


Tuesday 11am-4pm 


Wednesday 10am-1pm 


Thursday, 2pm-8pm 


Friday 11am-2pm 


 


Position is located at Rockdale Mental Health Center in Conyers, GA.


 


Minimum Training & Experience: POSITION SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS 


 


Master's degree in social work or closely related field AND licensure in the State of Georgia at least at the associate level. 


Must pass criminal background check,including finger-printing.


 


Preferred Qualifications: Treatment experience with mental health and substance abuse population.
