Job Description: The Clinical Director assumes full-time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the delivery of Clinical Services in the assigned location(s). Manages employees in the provision of care and services according to professional standards of clinical practice, consistent with agency philosophy of care and state and federal laws and regulations. Assists with developing and implementing policies and procedures consistent with current law. In collaboration with Homecare Administrator, allocates resources in an efficient and economical manner to enable each patient to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. Collaborates with other departments, professionals, consultants, and organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop support and coordination of patient care, related administrative functions and to represent the interests of the Agency.

Licensure/Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.  Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.

Experience: Two years professional nursing experience in Home care setting preferred. Five years experience in nursing service administration or comparable management experience required, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
