UHS-Pruitt Corporation is seeking a Director of Clinical Development to join our team of dedicated long term care professionals.
The Director of Clinical Development is responsible for coordinating education programs for Health Care Centers, agencies and anxillary companies in accordance with policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements. Responsible for directing the staff, program and administrative activities of the Speciality Services group, which includes Education for Health Care Centers, United Hospice, United Home Care, United Medical, Uni-Health SOURCE and United Community Services.
Responsibilities include program design, program instruction, program evaluation and follow-up , collaboration, leadership, special projects and other related duties.
Qualification Standards, Education and Work Experience:
Registered Nurse
MSN or MHA
Minimum of 5 years professional nursing experience and three years of education experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Proven abilities in writing educational programs and making highly effective presentations.
Current Registered Nursing License in the State of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and Florida.
Certified as an Instructor-Trainer in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
Certification in Infusion Therapy
Certification in Pain Management
