SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

* Responsible for the day to day operations of the organization and implementation of policies adopted by the Executive Leadership Team.
* Implements partner relations practices necessary to establish a positive partner relationship and promote a high level of partner morale
* Responsible for recruitment and employment of qualified staff.
* Participates in the development and implementation of an orientation program for each partner
* Responsible for leading the organization in the direction as defined by the strategic plan.
* Ensures that all of the budgeted net income and growth goals for the organization are met.
* Ensures that all company required business drivers and performance goals are met
* Analyzes financial reports to assure billing and collections activities consistent with the company departmental goals. Assists is establishing cost-effective pricing for services and products contracted.
* Provides reports to Executive Director with performance related to business drivers, key performance indicators
* Serves as the liaison between contracted vendors and UniHealth Select.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts and accounts in the managed care community.
* Oversight of a care management model that is both efficient and effective to meeting payors’ and providers’ needs and company goals.
* Ensure that Intake and Care Management departments are meeting company standards of customer service
* Provides education to organization and customers
* Handles all customer complaints expeditiously and according to policy.
* Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of protected health information, as well as sensitive information pertaining to other partners of UniHealth Select.
* Facilitates clear information passage within and among departments involved.
* Keeps supervisor informed of daily activities and issues. Proposes solutions to all issues.
* Must get along with co-workers; maintain effective relationships with management staff, partners and the general public.

Qualification Standards, Education, and Work Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* LPN or RN preferred, but not required
* 2 years of a successful track record of leadership and management required in a commercial, managed care or case management organization. 2 years of health services or long term care experience preferred.
* Or, any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
