Position Description
As Leader of Global Real Estate & Facilities this position will assist (Globally) in developing strategy for the Real Estate and Facilities portfolio. The position will also negotiate with existing Real Estate and Facilities Management providers to provide lower cost of Real Estate leasing, Facilities Management and greater options for leverage with new and existing real estate providers, and additionally will provide critical assistance to the other Real Estate & Facilities leads for planning and management.
The individual in this role will have the responsibility of defining and continuously improving the overall processes that govern the Global Real Estate & Facilities Office of the (GSO) - 1) internally within the Real Estate & Facilities team and 2) externally to all parties that the Real Estate & Facilities interact with.
The Leader Global Real Estate and Facility Process and will have additional responsibilities such as, but not limited to:
• Assist in development of strategy for Equifax Global Real Estate & Facilities initiatives and management plan globally
• Assist in strategy, oversight and/or management of real estate site analysis and lease/purchase/sale/renewal and termination of Real Estate transactions for operations centers
• Provide industry expertise on cost mitigation approaches and strategies and works with executive management of business units to create Real Estate & Facilities Management strategies and solutions, which support business plans.
• Pro-actively seek best practices and determine strategy for Real Estate and Facilities management through the organization.
• As part of GSO, the Leader Global Real Estate and Facility Management will assist with development of tools and templates for processes, best practices and standards for the GSO related to Real Estate & Facilities management.
Position Requirements
• 5 – 7 Years experience in a similar corporate environment with a concentration in Real Estate and Facilities Management
• 4 Year Degree in Related Discipline. MBA a Plus.
• Prior International/Global experience

• Previous experience preparing presentations and presenting to Senior Management
• Full Comprehensive Capabilities in Microsoft Suite of Applications and Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Access, Lotus Notes, etc)
