Technical/Functional Skills :
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry / IT trends and Business challenges. Proven selling experience in Software Services
Experience in dealing with Onsite-Offshore environments.
Experience Required :
1. Sales team leadership & management experience.
2. Willingness & ability to be an individual contributor with experience of selling & connects into some key accounts e.g. SPRINT/Nextel, AllTel, COMCAST, COX, etc..
3. Must have experience in selling large deals in the space of IT, Consulting, IT enabled Services, - with offshore components. Good CTO organization connects is highly desirable.
The BDMs should have the following at the minimum:
1. Individual contributor with experience of selling & connects into multiple accounts
- for the EV person selling into accounts such as Broadcom, Ciena, Juniper, etc
- for the Telecom CSP BDMs SPRINT-Nextel, Alltel, CenturyTel, Time Warner Telecom, Citizens, Level 3, IntelSat , etc
- for the Cable CSP BDMs COMCAST, COX, Timewarner Cable, Cablevision, EchoStar, Direct TV, etc
2. Must have experience in selling large deals in the space of IT, Consulting, IT enabled Services, - with offshore components. Good CTO organization connects is highly desirable.
