EXPERIENCED PEO SALES PROFESSIONALS
MUST HAVE sales experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) industry.
Qualifications:
· Required background selling in any of the following: payroll and benefits administration, consumer driven health solutions including Flexible Spending Accounts, Healthcare and Dependent Care, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Retiree Medical Accounts as well as COBRA, Direct Billing, Retiree Billing and Commuter programs, Time & Attendance, Health & Welfare or other human resources services.
· Aggressive hunter, prospector and cold caller for selling with experience in complex strategic solution sales and hardware/software industry experience is highly valued.
· Demonstrated and proven quota success as a "Top Producer” in B2B outsourced and/or software solutions.
· Building relationships with C-Level decision makers through a complex, consultative, and long sales cycle will ensure your success.
