Job Description
Our Client is currently in need of a Help Desk Technician to fulfill a 3
Month contract to hire opportunity in Duluth, GA.

Job Description:
Responsible for providing technical support for resolution or escalation of
desktop/workgroup related problems or requests initiated by internal
customers. Provide the initial point of contact for technical problems and
perform troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalation.
Requires a general knowledge of hardware and software components, local to the
desktop and as they relate to the network. Help Desk support also includes the
setup, installation, and configuration of desktop hardware and software. Works
on problems of moderate scope and complexity. General guidance is given for
routine work, and specific direction is supplied for new or special
assignments. Provides technical assistance in the programming, documentation,
implementation, operation and support of infrastructure systems, including LAN
support, systems administration, hardware, software, and operating systems.

Additional Job Description: 
Project Scheduler, implementation coordination. Hours worked will be 8 hour
shift between 8am and 8pm M-F. Need flexibility, able to multitask in fast
paced environment. No technical troubleshooting involved. Communication is
key, able to work with different personality types. Commitment to tasks
assigned is critical. WORD and EXCEL test are needed with score of 85% or
higher.

· 2-year Associate Degree or equivalent
