Job Description
Our Client is currently in need of a Sr. Technical Architect to fulfill a 6
month contract to hire opportunity in Atlanta GA.

1. Must have experience communicating with executive levels.
2. Must have experience working on projects with budgets of $5 -10 million.
3. Must have lead experience (led a team of 10 + people).

Typical Minimum Education
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Associate or Technical Degree
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
· Graduate Degree

Required Skills:
· 9+ years of technology consulting experience.
· 6+ years of experience in developing, integrating and supporting large scale
enterprise systems, i.e. > $1M.
· 5+ years of real-time and batch A2A and B2B integration experience.
· 5+ years of project leadership expertise, i.e. leading project delivery
teams.
· 2+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
· Hands-on experience at one point in career across the following roles in the
IT lifecycle – Solution Architecture, Development Management, Project
Management, Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Testing and
Production Support.
· Knowledge, opinion and hands-on experience with one or more solution
architecture frameworks (commercial or proprietary).
· Pride and passion in your work.
· A thirst for knowledge.
· Attention to detail.
· Honesty and integrity.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience in business relationship management
· Experience in development of business cases and familiarity with concepts of
NPV, IRR and Payback Period
· Knowledge of and experience with multiple development methodologies.

Technology Required:
Experience in 4 of the below areas:
· Software application design and development - .Net, Java, Open Source,
Cobol
· Database design, implementation and/or support
· System administration – Windows, UNIX, Mainframe
· Distributed infrastructure (i.e. SAN, networking, server infrastructure,
z/OS)
· UML
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, including VISIO.
· Special Experience Required for Target Role


Must Have:
· Fundamental understanding of Retail business – any industry
· 7 + years of Retail channel delivery technology solution design work – any
industry (Contact Center solutions, CRM solutions, Online solutions, B2C
application solutions, etc.)

Preferred:
· Retail Banking experience
· Candidates Must Bring Sample Architecture artifacts to Interviews
