We are currently seeking a Technical Analyst for our Atlanta Corporate Headquarters.  Technical Analysts report directly to Director  of Information Technology.

The Technical Analyst will be responsible for taking ownership of a variety of new and ongoing projects as well as daily responsibility for:

  Monitoring and maintaining LAN and WAN connectivity at the corporate office, data center, and plant locations.

  Creating documentation of network systems, operational procedures, network topology, and hardware inventory for accurate record keeping purposes.

  
  
  
  


• 
  
  Maintaining MicroSoft active directory environment
  
  


• 
  
  
  

  Assisting with infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and repairs.

  
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  

  Installing and maintaining operating system upgrades as necessary and sustain system backups.

  
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  

  Creating and maintaining workstation images.

  
  
  
  


• 
  
  
  

  Working with the Help Desk Staff in completing user requests and trouble tickets.

  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 
  
  Solid knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  
  


• 
  
  Be detail-oriented and a self-starter.
  
  


• 
  
  Work in a high multi-task environment and know how to prioritize effectively.
  
  


• 
  
  Must have effective written and oral communication skills.
  
  


• 
  
  Work Hours 12-9 to support West Coast Operations
