	Current Need
	Position Summary: Responsible for all software configuration management administration and architecture under the direction of the Senior Configuration Manager. Responsible for maintaining safe and reliable source code and builds for all software components. Work with Development, QA and Release Management to ensure timely delivery of software. Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Responsible for - Administration and maintenance of source control system for project specific software - Administration and maintenance of automated build files - Software deployment to internal environments - Perform Project audits - Providing technical support to development and QA teams - Work in a team oriented environment, handling multiple projects and tasks often with lead responsibilities - Work directly with Development to resolve build issues
	Position Description
	Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of local, network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and technologies. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
	Minimum Requirements
	6+ years experience in software engineering
	Additional Knowledge & Skills
	¿ Experience and understanding of branching, merging and labeling techniques ¿ An understanding and demonstration of all aspects of the software development lifecycle ¿ 2 - 3 years of Software Configuration Management, including software builds and delivery ¿ Excellent communication skills ¿ Working knowledge of Ant and Nant ¿ Familiarity with Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 ¿ Superior knowledge of group dynamics and interpersonal relations ¿ Ability to function within a fast-paced, diverse team in a multi-site environment ¿ Train users on source control and configuration management procedures ¿ Windows and Linux proficiency ¿ Ability to understand and work with complex build scripts ¿ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures ¿ Familiarity with defect tracking software ¿ Familiarity with Oracle is a plus ¿ Familiarity with StarTeam is a plus ¿ Familiarity with ISO, CMM and/or CMMI is a plus ¿ Works well under pressure ¿ Experience using .NET installer packages to create installs ¿ Familiarity with WIX is a plus
	Education
	4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
