Our North Atlanta client is looking for a Enterprise Process Architect for a 5 month+ project. As the Process Architect, you will partner with corporate, business units, and 3rd parties/partners to lead and facilitate the definition of the process framework and processes underneath it that would match the needs of the business. You'll work with the Enterprise Solution Architect and Enterprise Technical Architect to understand the business, functional, and operational requirements. Identify and weigh multiple process paths if needed, for short-term and long-term business capabilities and services. Assist involved teams in identifying the required integration points and inter-dependencies across various parts of the end-to-end process. Also, articulate and document a process vision. Facilitate cross team and cross component collaboration as need to resolve any outstanding process inter-dependencies, integration or risk items. This position may travel between 50-60% of the time.

Required Experience

• Enterprise Process Architect should have over 12 years of experience and enterprise in enterprise level process definition and facilitation


• This individual should understand customers business needs and complex heterogeneous environments and thinks outside of the box to identify or define processes that improve productivity and bring simplicity to handling of complex business needs


• Good understanding of financial industry and market trends


• Subject-Matter-Expertise on Enterprise-level Process Definition methodologies and tools


• Good knowledge of IT Operations/Systems & processes, ITIL framework and financial industry in-depth experience


• Solid background of leading process definition across cross-functional teams


• Ability to travel on short notice -- Travel 50-60%


• Experience with IT organizations, data center operations, application integrations and support


• Six Sigma Certification Green or Black Belt a plus
